A Little More About The Position
We are seeking motivated individuals to join Crown Property Deals, a rapidly growing real estate investment company. No real estate license or prior experience is necessary, and the position is entirely remote. This is a commission-based role, with a potential income exceeding $100,000 per year.
Responsibilities:
- Manage, build rapport, and nurture warm and hot leads provided by the company
- Conduct calls with sellers motivated to sell their houses quickly for cash (nationwide)
- Overcome objections and negotiate effectively
- Maintain leads and ongoing follow-ups with prospects
- Utilize technology, including smartphones and computers (knowledge of Microsoft Excel is a plus)
- Engage in cold calling to spark conversations about our innovative offerings
- Arrange and manage appointments, delivering unique experiences for potential leads
- Skillfully navigate follow-ups, ensuring no opportunity is left behind
- Identifying potential investment properties through various channels such as MLS listings, off-market sources, networking, and more.
- Conducting thorough property evaluations, including market analysis, comparables research, and financial assessments to determine investment viability.
- Negotiating with sellers and making offers to secure properties at favorable terms and prices, while maintaining strong professional relationships.
- Collaborating with our team to develop and execute effective acquisition strategies based on market trends and company goals.

This position is open seven days a week, and contractors can choose their available workdays and hours within the 9 am to 7 pm window. All applicants start as independent contractors, with an opportunity for full-time employment based on performance.
